![]() ![]() ![]() Valve doesnt solve the problem, people still rage and it gets worse with time, but they punish and punish more and more, year by year proving that the system does not work, and people deny existence of the problem. You know who was also treated like that? Black people, gay people, women and other oppressed groups that share some common ground. ![]() The problem as i see it: there are people who by nature can’t control their emotions, or they grew up swearing and all that (i have a German friend who was oblivious of the fact that calling people names could hurt them, cuz of culture) and whoever else just enjoy swearing and behaving silly (singsing and alike) are treated like criminals. And it seems to me it correlates with the decision they make to handle “undesirable” people. I have to say this – as a old dota2 player ive seen the gradual change to people behavior to worse with each year. (Or if you get stuck there because of terrible internet, I’m really, really sorry.) More From Kotaku Australia “You are a masochist or something,” another commenter wrote. “LP is a complete clownfest … why shouldn’t it be when it can easily be,” mAReDux wrote. Perhaps the most surprising thing, and hilarious, is that somebody actually suggested this change on the Dota 2 sub-reddit a day before it was rolled out. But having to win games - hell, having to win games in Dota 2 at all, especially if you’re solo queuing - in that queue before you can get out is an immensely frustrating process. You’re also not able to play any other modes (custom games aside) than unranked All Random.īeing in low priority already sucks. Once that happens, you’re only able to queue with other people in the low priority queue, which makes it harder to find matchmaking games. ![]() The low priority queue is what happens to people who disconnect too often or have been reported multiple times for one reason or another. But the real nugget hear is the change to low priority games. ![]()
