THIS IS NOT EVEN A JOKE … but feels like Activision/blizzard is taking a huge dump on paying customers. Now I’m sitting in a que #237 - and I KNOW this will take at least 1 hour to count down, if not 2 - and I KNOW when I finally get to connect to the lobby - ALL my characters will be “stuck” on the servers … ´ There’s no logic behind this issue, as soon as a app disconnect/logs off - ALL game instances with connection to that user should be closed server wise freeing up space on the servers and returning my characters playable…Įdit*2 No reply, no indication that blizzard is even working on this issue… not only me, but all the others unable to play. Realm: Americas/Europe/Asia (playing EU when it bugged out)Įdit * It makes no sense that its able to tell me I have to wait in a que to play and also tell me all my characters is still in a game somewhere on some server. If my characters is not unlocked within an hour… I see no other option than to ask for a refund. I’ve planned out my weekend to play, advancing on my adventures in D2:R … NOWHERE is it stated that my character would be locked/stuck on the servers for 12-13 hours straight by casually playing the game. Having released the game out of alpha/beta testing these server issues should have been ironed out by launch - Maybe not the capacity, but the Character stuck issues and the likes should MOST definitely had been fixed before a release. I’m getting really tired of all the issues with the game which I’ve payed full price for. Hello Blizzard almost non existing techsupport.
